The detachable handle system is smarter than I expected. It clicks on and off in a second, the pans stack completely flat in my small apartment cabinet, and going from the induction hob straight into the oven without switching dishes is genuinely brilliant. Months of daily use and the non-stick is holding up perfectly. CAROTE really nailed this one.
