Decent cat tree at a fair price with a couple of things to be aware of. The base board is wide which helps stability but the listing does note it should be placed against a wall worth doing as it does have a slight lean when used freestanding. The faux fur covering also attracts cat hair noticeably and needs a regular lint roll to stay looking tidy. On the plus side my cats love the hammock and condo, the sisal is good quality, and the overall size at 22.44″×13.78″×39.37″ works well for a medium-sized home without dominating the space.
