Solid stainless steel set with impressive build quality for the price. The dual aluminum core really does heat fast and evenly I noticed a big improvement over my old pans. One small learning curve: you need to properly preheat using the Leidenfrost method before adding food or things will stick. Once I got the hang of that, performance was excellent. Deducting a small amount for that initial adjustment period, but otherwise a very capable set.
